Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked the lady for a mani/pedi. There was 8 ppl ahead of me she sat me 1st. The water was cold. She hurt my feet . Everything she did was rough. I brought my own nail color she insisted I use theirs. A customer came in and complained about her $112 lashes were coming off after just having them done and the workers laughed. After my horrible pedicure, we proceeded to the table. Correct me if im.wrong, but your hands are supposed to be soaking, she just started clipping cuticles. I told her I had enough. I will pay for the worst pedi and I left. Note to our African queens. These ppl don’t like us therefore their service to us will not be a 1…they need to serve the communities where they feel are to their liking.
