I came here on accident thinking I was going to my appointment at the other pro nails on grande. I didn’t realize I was at the wrong one til it was too late and I’m sort of happy it happened! I almost never leave a nail appointment happy because I have major OCD and always feel stressed about SOMETHING. Not this time! Lucky (I think) did my nails and he was great! Gave me honest opinions, explained why he did things the way he did. Many sticker and design options, great colors. I literally love my nails! I got a pedicure also and I didn’t get her name but was very sweet and did a good job as well!

if i could give negative stars i would, when i got there they did my nails i asked for tan and black french tips, the tips were so crooked i could do better myself & the nails were so lumpy. the sides of the nails were patchy, missing color & they filed my real nails way too much to the point u could see the marks even after the nails were removed & it was so bad i had to go in a second time & they were being rude & saying things about me in another language for wanting a better job done , they re did my nails & gave me dirty looks, if a older overweight guy with black patchy bald hair does your nails DO NOT LET HIM. i cant believe they hired someone like that

This place has really gone downhill. It is absolutely filthy inside. I started getting my nails done and was appalled that the equipment that they use is not clean! I wondered when the last time the stations have been really wiped down was. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The health department should look into their business practices.

I tried it since I decided I wanted a pedicure last minute on a Friday evening and there was no place accepting anymore walk ins bc obviously it was a Friday! I’m not one to ever care for prices or whatever but honestly it was over priced for the super low quality service they give. I got a pedicure almost two weeks ago and the lady who did my pedicure hurt my toe she like cut a piece of skin and blood was coming out even than she continued to give me the pedicure and I decided to ask like for a paper towel because she literally didn’t care. It’s been almost two weeks and my toe is still swollen! My sister got her nails done while I was getting the pedicure and she had showed them a simple gem design and the man said that he didn’t know how to do that.. Ok so there was no problem she chose a “design”
