Nina and the staff are always amazing and very sweet. They do a great job on my nails. The environment is quiet and clean. They offer a nice selection of colors and types of nails. Plus, you can never go wrong with a nice chair massage!

Critical: ValueI visited this nail shop to have my nails done for graduation. I chose my gel color and told the female nail tech the style of nails I wanted. She proceeded to do my nails. I noticed that the gel color I had chosen was much lighter than what was pictured. I asked the nail tech if the color was going to get darker and she told me yes. The color did not get darker. I asked the nail tech if the gel nails could be removed and polished another color. The nail tech told me she could not remove the gel nails. I asked her how was she not able to remove gel nails in a nail salon with equipment designed for removal and she just looked at me. I asked her how she was able to remove gel nails from a previous visit when a customer wanted a fill-in and again she just looked at me. The only reason I gave two stars was because my toes were painted perfectly by a male tech and the male nail tech was super nice and respectful. I tried to get in with her before I had my family reunion but she was busy so the day of I had to go somewhere else. If you want a slice of heaven, go to Pro Nail Spa & Hair in Pflugerville for a fabulous pedicure that will leave you on cloud 9. I go there monthly for my haircut and once in a while I treat myself to a pedicure. They offer an array of polish colors that will compliment your wardrobe. Each time I wonder why I waited so long to treat myself. They have such relaxing massage chairs that keep you relaxed through the pedicure. The salon is always immaculately clean and the staff are professional and accommodating. They also use disposable liners in the whirlpool spa tub and clean the spa tubs before and after each treatment. Treat yourself this summer by going in and ask Nina for a haircut, manicure or pedicure. She will make you feel at home and very welcomed. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! I’ve been a loyal customer for 18 years.

The staff there are always friendly and courteous. Nina is very patient and her work is highly recommended from me to someone nervous about trying a new nail salon or tech. She once helped me in the time of need when another place messed my nails up. I called them up and soon as I arrived it wasn’t a long wait plus it was close to closing time and when I left I was very satisfied and relieved.

Went for Covid shot and saw Pro Nails while waiting. Called and made appt for 1 hr after shot. Pro is total professionalism. Fully Covid safe. This is 10 days since I had full pedi, nail extends, acrylic, and a nice pink gel they had to improvise on the spot. Everything except my new nail beds look like I just walk out of the salon. And I have banged the tips hard a couple of times. Still perfect. Thanks Nina and company. EDIT: Cost me less than expected.
