Critical: Quality, ValueFirst of all this was my first time getting dip powder. The lady didn’t clean off the nail powder from filing. So underneath the dip was powder from my nails. The lady had a hard time putting tips on my thumbs. She had to keep putting new ones on because she was stingy with the glue and it wouldn’t stay on. After my nails were done, they looked good. I was charged $70. As i looked at my nails, I realized they didn’t fully glue the tip to my nails (most were grown out). With it like that, dirt would get in between my nail and the tip. Also 4 days in, I already had my index nail come off. I’m 11 days in now and had 3 diff nails pop off a couple times. I bought a nail glue to keep gluing it back on. Definitely not going back here again. I had people look at my nails, they looked good but the underneath part was messed up horribly. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON.Service: Dip powderFirst of all this was my first time getting dip powder. The lady didn’t clean off the nail powder from filing. The person that did my services was really nice but I don’t think she should be doing nails. I told her she forgot the clear coat and she was too old to argue with so it’s my fault that I left it alone. The only nail that got the clear coat is the one not chipping with the design that was over priced. The Manicure was not up to par at all. No attention to detail during my manicure. Like cleaning under my nails, pushing my cuticles, she just went through the motions without really doing much. Gel polish started chipping after 2 days and after 5 days in the photo, most were chipping off. First and last time here. I’m sticking to My Mani- Lux. Never disappointed with their services.

On day 1, things were fine immediately after service, but by day 2, the little rhinestones started falling off. Now it’s 4 days later and the gel on one index finger is already starting to peel. I had a feeling things might not go well when I asked for examples of their designs and they had none to offer, so I tried to keep it really simple, but even that backfired. The experience was fine, though – no rudeness, no distracted behaviors, hygienic from what I could see. One manicurist was even firm on the mask policy with a customer, which was reassuring. But the quality? The hunt for a decent gel manicure and design continues~

A few weeks ago I called to see if an appointment was necessary and they said no appointment. When I got there, I wasn’t told there was a wait. They slyly put you in the foot soaker so you don’t leave. I waited 45 minutes and still no service, so I left. Today i went again. I asked how long the wait would be and she said 15 minutes. Again I was left soaking. After 30 minutes or so, they started on 2 ladies that came after me. Both ladies told them i was first but that didn’t matter. So again I left without a pedicure.

I took my mom here for a gel manicure, first time and last one ! It’s been a week only and they already stating to pill of ! Since we left this place I saw her nails they look awful, I got for myself a pedicure and since they told me to put my feet on the bowl I was like disgusted because there was no plastic like in other places, I’m sure they don’t sanitize the bowls, or anything they used to do my toes I could clearly see that !

About a month and a half ago, I came here and had the worst possible experience. Initially, I wanted to report this salon to the Better Business Bureau, for lying to me about pricing and over charging me as well as unfair treatment by the receptionist who also somehow by the grace of God claims to be a manager. When I came here last, all I wanted was a gel polish change which was executed very well by Wendy. She was a fabulous technician, and very good at what she did. However, when it was time for me to pay they told me my total was 40.00, and I thought that was pretty steep just for a polish change. I decided to ignore it, but as I was on my way home it kept bothering me. So, I called the salon and faked a British accent because I have a very distinct voice and did not want them to know it was me. I said “Hello, how much do you all charge for a gel polish change?” and the lady on the phone said 35.00. In that moment I switched my voice back to normal and asked why I was just charged 40.00. She could not give me an answer (mind you this is the woman who claims to be a manager) and then tried to back track and say “Gel cost more, Gel cost more.” In that moment I just hung up the phone on her.

This place is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I used to come here all the time before I left for college. Now that I’m back the service is terrible, I waited 40 minutes for a pedicure when they said I would be seen in 20, that was just to go back and have my feet soaked. A technician didn’t come to do my pedicure for another 20 minutes! Do better

Please DO NOT do business with them. I went for a French pedicure (Milk & Honey) and the guy told me $80, they took me at 6:00 so I was ok with that. When I got to the register they changed the price to $105 with very little explanation. Just like anyone, I was livid but of course I didn’t want to make it about money rather than the principle of the situation. French for your fingernails is nowhere near that price so if they are using less polish for your toes, $105 does not make any sense. I ONLY got a pedicure that’s it.. please do not support them! It’s sad that they are in the business of getting over

I had a really great experience here! I went in on a Tues at 1pm and they saw me immediately without an appointment. They gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier. My nail tech was Dan, and we worked quickly, but delicately, and you could tell he had been doing this for years and was great at his job!
