Critical: ProfessionalismArrived at Pro Nails & Spa intending to get pedicure; a man told me they were busy (two staffs with 2 customers – one each) and to come back in 20 minutes. When I arrived later they had 4 customers receiving services with the same 2 people working there. He rudely asked “pick a color!”. A that moment it hit me that I didn’t look like their clientele and was not welcomed there. Arrived at Pro Nails & Spa intending to get pedicure; a man told me they were busy (two staffs with 2 customers – one each) and to come back in 20 minutes. When I arrived later they had 4 customers receiving services with the same 2 people working there. He rudely asked “pick a color!”. A that moment it hit me that I didn’t look like their clientele and was not welcomed there. I turned around with my curly hair, tan skin and said “Thank you; I’ won’t stay”.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. First of all I had a $10 tip upfront because I am an African-American woman and unfortunately in suburban areas I do not get the greatest service. She skipped a lot of steps also left a lot of acrylic underneath my nails to the point where my real nails cannot breathe and it’s hard to get dirt from underneath them because the thick acrylic covering them so now I think an infection is beginning as you can see in the above picture. My nails are all different sizes they don’t match the other finger and the paint started coming off after one day because she only went over it once.I also have big dents in my nails so she didn’t put the acrylic fully. The customer service was also horrible because I sat under the dryer for over 45 minutes without being told when to go I had to ask myself while others were being told to leave after 10 minutes the most and getting their hands lotioned. First of all I had a $10 tip upfront because I am an African-American woman and unfortunately in suburban areas I do not get the greatest service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBest nail salon anywhere better than Boston. Place is spotlessly clean, follows all the COVID precautions. I feel very comfortable there AND they don’t just clean the bowl for pedicures they change the plastic lining. Very clean . And LAM IS THE BEST. Does a beautiful job really professional and beautiful. Love this place.
