This place is SOOOO unsanitary! They reuse foot scrubs (the once purple scrubs are brown), nail files, nail grooming tools, all of it. When I went, I noticed this as she was about to use them on me and I asked her to use new EVERYTHING. Nobody should have to ask, that should be a given.

I followed my nail tech Annie from another location in Columbia after 12 years. The location has been around but recently changed ownership a few months back so the reviews dated a year back don’t apply. The prices are extremely reasonable and the vibe is welcoming. I would highly recommend this place. They have a wide variety of colors you can select and keep up with the latest trends. Check them out!

I’ve been to this shop twice! Yesterday, I got a Basic Mani/Pedi as I was in a rush. The older lady clearly was unhappy. She asked me again if I wanted to upgrade. When I said no, she started speaking in her native language to the younger female tech w/attitiude. They laughed. It was clear to me and the person sitting next to me that she was talking about me. Well, That is the last time I will come here. I will tell the two women that recommended I go here to stop coming. DIsrepect is unacceptable.

The salon is clean, and for the most part, the staff is pleasant. My issue (and the reason I took 1 star away) is that that even when I make an appointment, I always have to wait. Even as I sit here typing this review, I’m still waiting almost 40 minutes later for an appointment I made for noon.
