I decided to stop in and check out their shop. When I walked in everybody looked at me like I had a third eye. It says walk-ins are welcome and I asked if I could get my toenail polish removed and she said sorry I don’t have time for that. OK, I totally understand that but she never asked if I wanted to then get a pedicure and she even kind of scoffed when I told her what I wanted. Moving on!

I think the service has to be improved. When I walked in I felt rushed when choosing the color and it seems that they were not all that happy giving me my service. When I finally selected the color and the type of nails that I wanted, they told me if I had enough money because they only accept cash and that made me feel like they thought that I cannot afford for what I went in for. I felt very uncomfortable with that remark. After all the nails were alright, not the best for the price that I paid for a full set and pedicure ($75).

Professional, kind, organized, really good at what they do, and CLEAN! This was one of the best places I have ever been. Trina did my nails exactly how I wanted them done. She listened to me and I really appreciated it! She wasn’t in a rush to get the next person started, she did quality work! Everyone there was kind and helpful! The location was super clean, something that I have found to not exist at other nail shops. I will go back again and again! I am going to take my husband too to get his pedicures.

My experience started out great, nail fill, chrome polish and Zen pedicure = $90.00! Buyer Beware! Or let me be totally clear “Black Buyers Beware” I’ve had nail sevices all over the country and the same products used, cost 65.00 at the most. I hope this review protect someone else from their price hike.

Awful pedicure. They don’t massage your feet or legs and they don’t get the dry skin off your feet. I could’ve given myself the same service at home for cheaper. I thought Nails by David Lee was the worst spot, but this place takes the cake.

Driving a truck,I end up Taking my Wife to Different places to get her nails done.On a layover in Ripon,We found Pro Nails,It was by far the Worse place she has ever had the Misfortune of stepping into,She Had a 4 pm appointment for nails and pedicure,They left her sitting until 430 even though there was only one Customer in the shop.My wife had a stroke last year and is Partly paralyzed,When i came back to check on her,They had one doing her foot spa,Getting impatient because her legs do not move normal,The other was jerking on her arms doing the nails at the same time,When they saw me,They started putting their stuff up and rushing my wife to leave,I was pretty pissed at this point.I asked my wife if she was alright and she just said lets go.So here we are at Home,Getting everything redone because her regular nail lady said she has never seen such a screwed up job.Never Again in Ripon,Pro nails
