Critical: Quality, ValueExtreme discontent with the service and product received during my visit. I went in a month ago for a gel pedi and mani and was happy with the outcome and decided to come back before my vacation to get a full set. We were told to show up at 430, they close at 5. The whole process was rushed and the guy gave me a little attitude when I told him what I was looking for. Long story short, will not be returning. I do not have time to get these corrected. I paid $50 +tax. The outcome is dreadful! Pictures do not capture full detail but the nails are bumpy and thick. Extreme discontent with the service and product received during my visit. I went in a month ago for a gel pedi and mani and was happy with the outcome and decided to come back before my vacation to get a full set. We were told to show up at 430, they close at 5. I went to get a French manicure for my engagement pictures and I was incredibly disappointed. The lady doing my nails was super rushed and did not do most of the things you normally get in a manicure such as applying oil to my cuticles or applying a pink tint to the bass of my nail for the French manicure. I took my pictures and went home and showered and now all of my nails are cracked and disgusting. So disappointed.

Not worth a second visit. Manicurist didn’t know their own pedicure options. Explained my needs to the only person that understood English well and she didn’t pass any of that info to the manicurist. Spent most of the session trying to get her to do the tasks on the pedicure I chose.
