I personally loved my experience! Christy did my nails and was so friendly and talkative. She even let me change my mind a couple times about color and then chancing from dip to gel and was very nice about it. She was also very fast and treated my hands very gently. Another thing that I liked was that she didn’t try to upsell me. She was very respectful of my budget and so kind. I’ve been other places where I had really bad experiences but I will definitely be coming back here!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m from out of town and needed an acrylic fill done for my sisters wedding, while running errands at the mall I decided to pop in. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I’ve had my nails done for a long time and I’ve never had a fill look like this. They weren’t cleaned or filed good enough so EVERY SINGLE NAIL is dirty underneath the acrylic. I went back the next day to get a refund and they wouldn’t refund me. They offered a gel color over the top (short term fix, and I like my white tips). I’m very frustrated to say the least. They aren’t cooperative, not very kind, and are definitely overpriced. I’ve gotten my nails done here 3 times in the past 2 months and I love Pro Nail Spa. In the past when I’ve gotten acrylics I’ve been frustrated because there was a gap at the bottom and I would feel like I needed a fill within a few days but here they cover the whole nail and it looks perfect. I tell them what I want and they make suggestions on how we can accomplish it.

I am so pleased with Pro Nails. They are attentive, kind, respectful and have always done an excellent job no matter what the service. I’ve tried four other nail salons in the area and was very disappointed. The day I found this salon, I was a walk-in and was so pleased. They are artist also. I travel from an hour away each visit because they are a WIN every time. I have had my nails done by Christy, Leon and Kyle and cannot say enough good about their service. As I leave their salon I always say “Perfect every time”.

Pretty pricey but I do like how they turned out. They charged me $5 to take off my old nails and $63 to put on these almond shape ones. Good customer service, wouldn’t pay that price again.
