the moment I stepped in and energy was very off, the woman at the front desk was very rude as well. When i sat down i told them what I wanted then they proceed to pressure me to get something else, we were going back and forth because i wouldn’t budge. I don’t go out and get my nails done often but I’ve never had to go back and forth with a nail tech about something I wanted, there was so much more that went wrong with my experience here but that alone made me want to leave.

Critical: QualityI requested a manicure and got talked into gel nails. I made an appointment and ended up having to wait for 20 minutes after I got there. They removed the existing acrylic nails and slapped on gel nails. My nails were not cut or filed. Instead of cutting the cuticle she just covered it up with a ton of nail oil and made sure the gel was covering the cuticle so you couldn’t see it. 2 days later 2 of the gel nails cracked and are breaking off. One nail she messed up and tried to fix it poorly. $50 on a job I could have had my niece do. The nails look fat and blobby. Not to mention they don’t use new tools between customers, just FYI. I went to have pedicures done for me and my daughter for her 9th birthday. The nail technicians did a good job on our pedicures and even painted flowers with little gems at the center. The thing that really made my day was they started a conversation with my daughter and had her talking and enjoying herself, and not doing just a pedicure.
