I had an overall great experience with Heidi, who did my nails. I came in with a picture and she was able to replicate it well. The salon was clean, and I came in on Wednesday at 2PM so it was pretty empty. The total cost was $40 for a shellac manicure with a design + removing the old gel polish I had on, though I’m not sure of the exact price breakdown. I also had a $5 off coupon they gave me from my previous visit, so I ended up paying only $35. Would definitely visit again!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I’m giving this place a 2 star review only because my full set came out decently. However, my pedicure, horrendous! First off, the guy cut 3 of my toes with the electric file which HURT!! He noticed, because I was bleeding and I caught him staring at it after it happened, but never said anything to me about it. No I’m sorry, didn’t ask if I was okay..nothing. On top of that, look at the missing patches of shellac. I guess after cutting someone’s toes, he felt like he could leave me with a half done pedicure as well. I felt very rushed and not valued as a paying customer at all. The tech who did my nails, she was very nice, and I think she did a fairly good job with my nails. The shape came out well, and I love the color. I still left a $20 tip on top on being charged $90 for everything because of the tech who did my full set. However, I will not be coming back and will not recommend anyone to come here. So I’m giving this place a 2 star review only because my full set came out decently. However, my pedicure, horrendous! First off, the guy cut 3 of my toes with the electric file which HURT!! Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I wanted to try a new nail salon to get my nails done for my birthday. Was charged $120 for them to paint my toes and give me French tip nails. Was charged 55 for them to do my toes after they told me it would only be 34. they painted over my old nail polish and i left with chips all on the polish and polish all over my skin. If I wanted my toes to look like that I could’ve done them myself at home. Next I asked for a simple heart design on one finger for each hand and was told it could be done for 65. After multiple failed attempts I asked her to just do simple French tip on them all and was still charged the same. It was clear that they didn’t care. Compared to the pictures on their Facebook page (which is where I found them) they seem like scammers. Very disappointed to say the least.

The guy rushed my acrylic set so the nails were all different shapes and different than the picture I showed. The store wasn’t even open when I arrived at 11am for my appointment, so when I called they said they were coming from they’re apartment. I paid $50 for an ugly set and don’t recommend going. I went to get my nails fixed somewhere else and they were shocked to see how bad it was. They also don’t have consistent pricing. I was told one thing and paid another.

Natural Nails always does an amazing job. No matter what technician does my nails, they’re always great. They pay close attention to detail and are very friendly. When I moved here, I tried 3 places that were average, but this is the best place I’ve ever been. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, getting shellac manicures, dip powder, and pedicures regularly. Reccomended! Included pictures of shellac.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The attendees were okay, but my tech really couldn’t understand me and did a terrible job on my shape as well as texture. Too pricey for what I received and my tech even cut me while filing. Do not recommend for the quality they offer.

just came to get my old set removed and my natural nails cleaned up and shaped. not overly pleased with the results since they are uneven and not filed that great (I asked for rounder corners) I’ll probably have to file them again myself at home. But they did take care of me right away and the techs were friendly. Maybe if you get more done then the results will be better ¯_(ツ)_/¯
