They take their time to make sure they do a good job. I never feel like they are rushing to finish when a new customer walks in. Very much a quality job over quantity of jobs. They recently got new message chairs, manicure tables, renovations to make it look more modern and professional. Both ladies are always very friendly.

Went here yesterday 3/3/21. The younger lady isn’t as friendly as the older lady. She didn’t greet us professionally, almost knocked my daughter and I over while deciding on our polishes trying to put other polishes up. I ask her if we were in her way she turned and look at us very rude. She never acknowledged me that was my pedicure place to sit just flat out ignored me and told my daughter to come so she could do her nails. When I did sit water was to hot I could tell she was upset she had to come to me to adjust the water. I’m not use to this kind of service where you don’t appreciate your customers well at least us. I like to spend my money where I feel welcomed. Tk you to the older lady who made me feel comfortable.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I had to choose it so I could review. This is the worst place EVER, I will be calling Austin and letting them know what is going on. First they are not clean at all, second they are very rude and third they have no idea on how to do nails she was doing my daughters nails for 2 hours. My daughter got her nails done yesterday and today after work her socks left marks in them like they hadn’t dried. This is the worst place I have ever been to when it comes to getting your nails and toes done. We went back for them to refund us or redo and the lady was just damn out rude. We had to wait 45 minutes just to get a redo. Just saying I won’t be back and I don’t suggest anyone else to go.

This is the worst place to get your nails done ever!!! It was so bad I cried after!! I mean literally cried! My nails looked like had been filled with play dough! They were lumpy and misshapen. Some were thick and some were so thin you could see my real nail still. I have never regretted walking in a place so much. I tried to tell the worker I didn’t like the way he was doing my nails and he just kept right on, disregarding everything I said.

Tam is amazing. No one can wax eyebrows like her. She can turn the most difficult, thin to thick brows to a set of brows that will frame your face in the most beautiful way possible. Her technique with nail arts and solar is the best of the best. Definitely will come back for a refill and wax next time.

These people are con artist, trying to lure you into the most expensive product & service, and if you don’t know any better, you will certainly be shocked at the cash register. $50!!!!! I have never paid more than $35 to get my nails done anywhere! NEVER… even when old nails were taken off too! The guy even sliced open one of my fingers while filing, no discount for that either! And even after they see you are upset, they hesitate none to ask that you add a tip on top of insult! Poorly trained & desperate service is all they got going on in there….
