I went in to get my nails done for my birthday. Now I don’t get my nails done a lot, but I know they shouldn’t be done like this. The nails have only looked good for a few days. The pink polish on my nails was not dried all the way through and when they placed the clear coat on, it created a ridge. They also did not do anything to my cuticles or cut my natural nails. My index finger on my right hand has holes in the polish. The only good thing that came out of this is someone paid for my nails.

They did a great job not waiting the other ones. It takes 2 to 3 hours at best nails ridiculous. We’ve went to best nails for years not anymore. I don’t have that much time to waste on getting nails done. My time is very valuable also…

very disappointed in my nails. i know the girl was new and understand that but my nails are all different shapes and different thickness and some are far away from my cuticles. my own nails are also very thin from being filed too hard. i also didn’t like that i had to pay $60 and will probably be getting them fixed. So I went there for my eyelashes and I told the man I wanted them short, he said no you need medium and again I repeated I wanted short. So he proceeded to do my lashes, when he was done he said” $40 dollars “, and I replied for what, when I come and the lady does it the price be 30, then he replied for medium it’s 40 dollars, so at this point I’m thinking to myself he done what he wanted and not what I asked for, so before I got angry I just paid the 40 and left. Basically I’m going to say look at every service they render to you and make sure because they’ll get over on you!!! And the place was really dirty!!

Spent over an hour for pedicure and 4 different people worked on me. Did not cut cuticles. They call this a pedicure…I don’t think so and won’t be back. One worker did not like it because I did fence tips and kept telling her it was to thick so she got up and another person finished….total ridiculous Pedicure

I’ve been to this establishment twice. The first time I went service was speedy, but nothing to brag on. The older lady cut the side of my toe with the nippers. She did a good job despite the cut that bled for about 5 minutes. But this time; today…. I walked in and stood there for about 3 minutes; but no one said anything, asked if they could help or anything. So, I sat down in a chair by the door. About 3 minutes later another lady walked in and; immediately she was asked if they could help her. And she was told to have a seat in the pedi chair and they’d be with her shortly. Then someone else walked in and they gave her attention as well, so I said, I guess I’m invisible & I walked out.
