This was my first time going to this place and I will not be going back! I went to get my nails done for the fall. There was an older gentleman in there that did my nails he was yanking and pulling on my hands and shoving them back-and-forth, twisting them in very awkward positions. I told him it was hurting me because I have nerve damage from a past injury in my hand and my wrist and he just ignored me and kept hurting me . He did not talk to me the entire time however Right after I sat down he started a video call with someone and continue to yell the entire time he did my nails. Because I was doing my nails for fall I picked out a brown color and I told the girl which one I wanted and she brought out a dark purple I told him that was the wrong color and he said “NO it’s fine!” (They are pink btw) My nails are super uneven the shapes do not match Both of my pinkies and pointer fingers are extremely crooked. And I have streaks throughout all my nails. He did not touch my cuticles. And I have paint past my cuticles on my skin. When I went to pay I told the girl about all this and showed her she said “NO it’s fine! “ (his exact words) like she didn’t even care. I have a little girl and a new baby boy so I do not get out of the house very much. In fact this was the first time I have been out of the house in almost 3 weeks. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a nail salon.

Walked in past 5 o’clock and wanted to get a dip manicure. Never had a dip before and he was so nice. Held good conversation with me. And gave me a Christmas present when I left! Love my nails!!!

Critical: QualityI went in to get my nails done for winter. And I got the older gentleman, not the regular man that’s in there but the older gentleman and if I could attach pictures of how bad my nails are I would. There are spots where you can see the tip that was added there’s rippling on the side of one of my nails the length is not even. He did not talk to me he just told me once to not move or he would nick me. He was grabbing me pulling on me and twisting my hand in weird positions, I have issues with my hands so it doesn’t feel very good. He did not take care of my cuticles there was no manicure at all. He just put the nails on did the dip and got me out of of there. My sister-in-law also got her nails done, he didn’t talk to her but he did talk to the next person that was next after her the whole time he was doing her nails. She paid $35 for him to just strictly paint her nails. We have decided we are not going back. They didn’t do nearly all that is included with a manicure. My sister in laws manicurist told her that if she didn’t want him to hurt her, she shouldn’t move!! Seriously rude and unprofessional. Doubt we will ever go back!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude. I came in for a fill and was quoted $65. None of my nails were missing. Didn’t file properly…left lifted acrylic on my nail before filling. Over filed the shape. Did not have me wash my hands before polish. Polish not covering entire nail. I will not spend my money there again.Service: Acrylic nails

I come in and get my nails done here often. They are good some days and not others. A lot of the time they are rude so I just don’t talk while they do it. Last time I got them done they filed so fast and hard they cut my finger and I bled. I told the man and he said I was fine and I’m being a baby.

Husband & wife run this shop. It was super busy on a Monday & the two had to trade throughout the pedicures, stop repeatedly to answer the phone, & had to turn away or schedule people way out to try to keep up with business. I heard him say they cannot find quality help. Sadly, they are losing business by not being able to keep up & by hurrying through spa services to get to the waiting customers. The pedicures themselves were average.
