Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have several complaints about my experience at pro nails yesterday. Disregarding the wait time, as my friend and I came in during a clearly busy hour and we were walk ins. I did not get the name of the man doing my nails, but I wish I would have.1) At the beginning of the appointment, I told my nail tech that I push my own cuticles back all the time so he doesn’t have to push them back far. I also let him know that the last place I went to they drilled my cuticle off. He then proceeded to drill my cuticle off. It bled, and this morning it is swollen and in pain. Accidents happen but I had already requested he be gentle. He was in too big a rush to care.2) Nearly all of my nails are crooked. He attached the fake nails on my left hand all skewed to the right. One was so badly crooked that asked him 4-5 times to fix it. Every time he just slightly grazed the file over it. Eventually I just gave up and he left it crooked.3) He did not cover all my nails. Both edges of my nails have slivers of the acrylic showing. I mentioned that as well and he did nothing about it. I’m assuming this was due to him rushing as well.4) I told him twice ahead of time that I wanted the accent nail to be my middle nail. He then proceeded to paint my ring fingers with the accent color but he was so quick to lay down the polish that I didn’t even have time to correct him.I paid $45 for this manicure that I did not like. This experience was so bad she cut my nail too short made my nail bleed very rough and didn’t care she rushed through it I honestly want a refund!!! This is ridiculous it was nothing but pain

Our first time visiting Pin Oak. Great pumpkin patch! Most of it is outside. Bouncy house and lots of little slides and corn pools for kids to play in. Love that the tractor rides take you to the pumpkin patch itself to pick your own pumpkins off the vines! Cool corn maze too. Great food, small petting zoo. Overall amazing experience and we Will absolutely be back next year!

I got a manicure and dip nails done here and within an hour of leaving multiple nails chipped (this is never normal with dip anywhere). Each service I’ve had done here have not been in good quality whatsoever yet the price is higher than the best nail salons in St. Louis. I’ll continue to drive to stl to get my nails done in the future.

I have gone to this salon numerous times for pedicures over the years. I’ve never really had any complaints about the services I’ve received. However, this last visit I was quite disappointed. The lotions, creams, and wax with massage was top notch. But the older gentleman that was doing the Pedi failed to do hardly any nail care. My toe nails were filed and cleaned with the scrub brush but no cleaning around the nail beds was done, no cuticle trimming, and I had I ask for the hard corners of skin to be clipped at the edges of my nails. Then after my first foot had been painted another guy came over and took over, painting the second foot. When I got home, my right big toe was burning. I looked at it with a flashlight and noticed the sloppy paint job and I noticed a dried area of top coat on the skin on my toe and it was burning. I had to clean it off and put a bandaid with some polysporin to calm the irritated spot. I hadn’t had a Pedi in months and I know the skin on my feet was in desperate need. Plus I’d just had surgery a few weeks before and couldn’t reach my own feet at that time to do my own nail & foot care for about 3 weeks. This one visit has ruined going to this salon for me. Sorry Pro Nails, please do better for your large volume of customers. Don’t rush through and take shortcuts just because the next person is waiting.

If you schedule an appointment with this nail salon they will not honor the appointment. The lady that answers the phone will always tell you that they have time and that she’ll make you down and then you get there and you will wait for 45 minutes to an hour. If you have 2 to 3 hours to spend getting just your nails done each time then it’s perfect, but like most of us that live busy lives, this won’t work. Super frustrating.

Ty did my nails and toes today, and I am obsessed. They got me and my boyfriend in for pedicures and my manicure with no wait. I got acrylics with gel and holographic glitter, my nails aren’t thick, they’re all shaped evenly, and the finish is just mesmerizing. I won’t go anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend.

Katie do my nails and toes , it’s look perfect and good. She’s great at what she does and loves doing it . She spent so much attention to detail my nails looked better . Love this place and Katie always do a great job . I’m never dissatisfied when I go there . Awesome job . Pro Nails great place to get my nails . Clean and very nice. Good service .
