Definitely 6/10 place. You’re a number here as a customer, they’re clearly used to being busy all of the time but at the same time provide poor customer service. I felt very forgotten as a client here, none of my questions were really answered, the way they do the dip powder is a lot thicker and different than other salons I’ve been to, and they somehow only had 3 people doing manicures. There were two other employees standing around even though me and my mom had no one to work on our manicures. Also, my dipped nails were extremely uneven in length even after I tried telling the nail tech that they were uneven

Usually not a salon person, I do my own nails.. but to say the least they did amazing. Great customer service and the lady who did my nails was gental and constantly was making sure I like them. I got them for prom and they exactly match the reference image! It is on the pricy side, but very reasonable for what you get! Definitely coming back.
