I’ve been a few times and I must say, they do an incredible job every time. The staff is kind, professional, and detail-oriented. The layout of the salon is stunning. They have great customer service and even though you spend a little more money, you definitely get what you pay for–high quality services. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I am so glad I found this place in our new neighborhood. My gel manicure looks great, and they are always very gentle taking off my previous manicure. My husband loves the fresh fruit they use in their pedicures. They have a fabulous loyalty program; I love to save money!

I wasn’t sure about this place based on some of the reviews but most places were closed or closing and I wanted to treat my in-laws to a pedicure during their visit so I decided to give them a try. It was my father in-laws first pedicure ever and my mother in-laws second one. Amy, Jimmy and Vo did our pedicures and they took such good care of my in-laws. They treated them with respect, e has great conversations and the pedicures were perfect. I would go back to this place just for the customer service and quality of care!

Me and my girlfriend had an appointment for pedicures an hour and 15 minutes prior to them closing. We showed up 15 mins early. It started out great but then as other people started to show up our services became rushed and somewhat sloppy. We got a deluxe pedicure and a gel pedicure. The guy that performed the gel pedicure was quite rough with with my girlfriends feet and the “massage” was right next to terrible. And to top it off her nails were filed AFTER they were painted and cured so they will most likely not last that long. Also for over $100 we expected to have a better service experience and will not be coming back.

This is my second time visiting this nail shop. The first time I went I got a pedicure. The gentleman did a wonderful job. He took his time and I received many compliments. I went back for a pedi/mani. I asked for a specific kind of manicure and was given something different. The woman doing my manicure was rushing and even burned my cuticle several times with the file. She claimed it was because I was “sensitive”. I get my nails done often and recently moved so that is the only reason I am looking for a new salon. Another woman brought the color and polishes over for my manicure. When I questioned why I wasn’t getting what I asked for the woman asked me “What’s wrong with it?” It was sloppy to say the least, but most importantly it was not what I asked for. The pedicure was not as bad but still sloppy and I did not feel very taken care of. The gentleman was not the one I had before and he too also rushed through my pedicure. $100 for mediocre service. I won’t return.

Very rude. Took a friend here for a acrylic removal and gel manicure. She didn’t soak her nails off first and then try to use a non painful way to remove the acrylic. Instead she pushed off the nails with a plastic one. When questioned about her method she asked my friend, “well you can endure it can’t you?”. As a business owner you should never ask your customers if they can endure pain. You should want to give them a welcome and comfortable experience. I opted out of getting my own nails done because of the way she was treating my friend. If she weren’t desperate we would have left. On top of that she filed her nails AFTER the gel polish therefore breaking the seal between nail and polish. Sorry but $60.00 for acrylic removal and gel manicure is a rip off. Don’t bother.
