Went to get a dip manicure. Waited 30 minutes before being grabbed. A guy took off the dip for me and while I waited another 20 minutes he came over and told me they were too busy to do my nails. I left with my nails looking like this. Not going back. Awful customer service.

Critical: QualityDon’t judge me!!! But my 11yo daughter eyebrows are so thick and beautiful and we allow her to get her eyebrows waxed every so often because she hates her “uni brow” The lady who does the waxing pretty much did nothing!! I don’t know if she was intimidated because I asked her not to make them so thin. We get home and I noticed she didn’t even get all those small tiny hairs with the tweezers at all!! I usually get dip powder. My appointment took an hour and a half she cut my nails way shorter than I asked for and then blamed it on me saying that next time I should ask for… I think the problem is she didn’t understand what I clearly said. I’m usually not picky about my nails but she cut me several times and it took forever. The edges are rough and jagged and there is stuff on my skin. The place was big and very busy so clearly some people enjoy their experience with them but I will not be going back.

I came in to get a pedicure and was not greeted upon arrival. I was told to sit in the chair after picking my color, where they then left me sitting for over 40-minutes without further acknowledgement. After speaking up to inquire about the wait, I was told 4 appointments that arrived after me had to be serviced first (which I understand), but why didn’t anyone communicate that it would be a long wait? Or check on me? I literally just sat there ignored. Why did you even have me sit down in the chair like I was about to be next? I will never come back!!!
