Critical: Professionalism, QualityHorrible experience. First time coming into the salon and the first impression is underwhelming. The techs are rude and unprofessional to say the least. I asked for an overlay and from the photos, you can see how uneven the acrylic is on my nails. The design is sloppy and the shape is wildly inconsistent. I called the next day to speak with management, at which time I was told that they were not there. I was further insulted when I was told that I was problematic for making my tech redo my nails because I was unhappy. During my appointment I even asked to be placed with Keyonna and was extremely disappointed that my requests were blatantly ignored.Service: ManicureHorrible experience. Horrible experience. First time coming into the salon and the first impression is underwhelming. The techs are rude and unprofessional to say the least. I asked for an overlay and from the photos, you can see how uneven the acrylic is on my nails. The design is sloppy and the shape is wildly inconsistent. I called the next day to speak with management, at which time I was told that they were not there. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI needed a quick fix to my name so you came to this shop as suggested. We don’t live here and we’re visiting from Florida. My middle finger nail a had popped and thumb nail was broken. I like my nails fairly thin and clean due to my job. The tech was visible tired and did a quick not so through job. When I mentioned it. She clearly got upset and did nothing to fix it. As you was see in my nail the previous acrylic was not removed and can be seen through the new layer. My thumbs nail had a black speck under so I mentioned it to the nail tech and she did nothing to fix it but told me a total. Needless to say I’m uber disappointed in this shop as it was recommended by my family and there was a nice wait to even be serviced.
