Salon was clean..people were pleasant. I went in for a powder set and manicure it was preety descent until I asked for designs on my pinky fingers..told dude to be creative..and he came up with 2 sticks that look like a 4 year old drew..no talent ..just an ugly twig and im guessing it was supposed to be a leave idk..I didnt have time to wait because i was pressed for tome and had already bern in longer than anticipated..

Pleasantly surprised with this location! They got me in first thing in the morning with no wait. I got a basic gel pedicure and gel manicure and both were great. The establishment was very clean, nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning.

I had an appointment today, i called yesterday to see if Bailey had an opening because I got off early and spoke to David, I asked to speak to Bailey he said she was busy in a weird tone then i asked if she had something Available he said no we’re booked. I called back today because I got off from work late on the phone stuck with a customer I live in Charlotte so I just wanted to give her a heads up that I was gonna be late or see if I had to reschedule and David said she was busy every time I’m there I never get Bailey’s full attention because she’s answering the phone taking payments or whatever and I never mind and now when I call it’s a problem and I can’t speak to her for two days my time is valuable too but I have to wait and I don’t mind you know because I love Bailey and she does an awesome job on mu nails i can’t take away from that but give me the same respect when im getting service done! Theres a new guy who just started here. He’s absolutely fabulous. He did a great job on my nails and made sure my nails were on strong. I like the way he takes his time to do a good job. I ended up posting because I got a green spot on my nail. They said it’s because water got into my nails. If it was done correctly the first time this would not have happened. I’ve been getting SNS dip powder and never had this happened. Also I didn’t receive a proper manicure like I asked for initially (I’m assuming they were rushing to close). Also my pedicure was rushed. When I went back in to the salon to show them the put some type of liquid on my nails. Not a good experience for me.
