Michelle and Michael are the best! Always well taken care of and it is a very clean salon. I always leave pleased with my nails and my toes. Michelle typically does my nails and Michael does my pedis. I’ve been consistently going for a year and a half since I’ve moved to Bristol. Definitely give Pro Nails a visit!

Pedicure was fine. Showed a picture showing the black tips and the shape I wanted for my nails but no luck. I went in again to get them fixed. My index finger is now very crooked and all my nails are still not ideal. I didn’t feel like I came off rude but it felt like there were annoyed with me. I paid 90$ for my nails. I asked for my cuticles to be cut and they made three of my nails bleed.

I have been going here for years and would not go anywhere else! Michelle and Michael are both amazing at what they do! Michelle is FANTASTIC with my nails from the designs, the quality and price! My nails (dip powder) do not chip and are very sturdy. I work quite a bit and was used to my nails breaking and chipping quickly until I started going to her. If you’re going to pay for nails, pay for quality nails that do not chip or break easily! Michelle can literally do ANY design or style you show her. She is extremely talented. I show her a picture and she is able to not only match it but make it look even better! Michael does fantastic with pedicures! He provides good quality foot/leg massage, trimming, and polish. Love them both and the work they do!

Michael and Michelle are amazing. I had a issue with my nails and no questions asked and they fixed it wonderfully. I really liked the dipped manicure and it lasted without chipping. Best place in Bristol! Michelle is the best, especially if you want designs. My nails are always even and very well done. There are other very well known places in the area that charge just as much and I walk out with uneven nails and upcharges for ridiculous reasons. The place is clean, the staff is very nice, and the experience is always enjoyable. Seriously can’t say enough good things about how impressive she is with the designs!
