A very nice lady did my nails but when i told the other lady the color was a different color from my toe nail color they a said the lighting was different but you can clearly tell its two different colors….after looking carefully at my nails i just feel that it was rushed.

If something didn’t look right or I changed my mind, I voiced it instead of complaining about it after I leave. From small to long acrylics they have always lasted around 3 weeks n they still won’t pop off. I work on a surgical floor in a hospital so it’s not like I’m gentle or barely working with my hands. Every time I go they charge decent as I always get a fill in and pedicure w/gel. Normally around $80 nothing crazy. I will say it does get busy some days but I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes to get something down. Never made an appointment either. Always be kind to service workers like these people because this isn’t the bank. They don’t have to service you and it’s not a necessity to your life its a privilege. They don’t even deserve one star. They are never up front about prices. Every time I go here and try to give them a chance, I’m reminded why I don’t like this place: what they charge is not what is displayed on the board. Make sure you ask up front. They don’t listen well and are very rude when they are doing your nails. Not worth your money. Go to tees nails on Jclyde, get what you deserve and pay for. I hate this place 70$ for this and no soon after I left the tip broke off because I guess it wasn’t glued on securely. Ok so this is my second review for this business. I was scared to try powder acrylic because so would normally go to my nail tech in Yorktown but she overcharges and they always pop off within a week. I had Mrs.Madeline do my nails and she was amazing. She was very ocd about the shape and thickness. These nails lasted for 3 weeks till I tried popping them off. Sadly I’m taking a month or two break to help my nails grow stronger and healthier. But I will be back♥️

I have been a very loyal customer to them since 2017. I absolutely have had a great experience 98% of the time with the exception of probably a handful of times that I haven’t been fully satisfied with my nails. My only problem is that they do tend to overprice A LOT.

Trifling!!!!!!!!! I had an appointment scheduled with the manager, Tina, this evening at 6:30 pm. I called yesterday to make the appointment and she assured me 6:30 pm was a good time for her to do my nails. I called her this morning to confirm she could still do my nails this evening, after having a similar experience with Kim, who I made an appointment with and she stood me up! So, this evening, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and Tina is not in the shop. I had to keep bugging the girls in the shop to call her to find out what time would she be arriving in the shop. After several calls made to her, she says she is coming from Portsmouth after helping her sister at her shop and she should be there in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited until 7:15 pm and still no Tina. I finally made contact with Tina and she tells me she was stuck in traffic and she can still do my nails but she couldn’t offer me a discount. Unacceptable and very unprofessional!!!!! I will not be giving anymore of my money to Pro Nails!!!!!!!

I’ve visited here a few times. The prices are good and comparable to most other locations. Salon is clean and staff are nice. I’m very picky about my nails so I can’t say that they have been perfect but they do a good job. Length is always good and natural, shaping is hit or miss sometimes. I usually see Kim or the younger gentleman that works there. They also have a lot of color options.
