I am extremely a detailist… if that’s even a word lol. I have ocd so all the shapes not being the same. Or art not being uniform. The thickness of the nails being Too much. And kindness in service it tremendous for me. It can turn me off. THIS SALON CHECKED ALL THOSE OFF WITH FLYING COLORs. Friendliness, quality overall satisfaction✅✅✅✅ Worth. I have been experimenting with nail salons in Southington lately and always find my way back to PRO NAILS! They are consistent, take their time, listen to your wants and needs, price appropriately, and best of all they treat you to a shoulder massage at the end of your manicure. They also have the best pedicures I have ever had in my life. I and so pleased with my experiences here that I almost want to keep them a secret. I will never return to Epic Nails or Star Nails ever again.

I usually go elsewhere biweekly but my friend was having a rough day and I wanted to treat her to getting her nails done and this was the only salon that answered. I gave two stars because the location was very clean, staff was friendly, and some services were great (massage, warm towels) as far as the manicure went my manicure was awful. The gel polish was so thin to the point you can see under to my nail, I choose a dark green and there just was not enough coats applied, they did not shape my nails well and they thinned out my nails too much, lastly they did not properly do the cuticle work and I was left with messy nails and nail beds. Mainly upset because it will now take a while for me to get my nails back to the shape they were in before going here.

Not happy as I was late, but not by much. still at the time of my allocated appt. that what I found appalling. I do not live close nor did I make the appt. Thus, for them to say I had to wait is poor customer services and shocked because it has not been my experience and I been coming for along time and have VIP. I tip very well and thought highly of them until today! I have always gone and been on time and the day I am a few minutes late they turn me down. Time for new place and no more vip status.
