Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy pedicure was cool but my gel fill was NOT GOOD AT ALL. The shape was off, My color was not what i asked for and the lady kept telling me yes it is. Just uneven color. And nobody in that shop cared. I will not be returning to this place and I would not recommend anyone go there. Maybe they take care of people who have been going there for a while but they didn’t take care of this new customer. I had obligations so and had to leave so I didn’t have time for the lady to fix what she messed up but I don’t think the outcome would have been any better. I read the reviews for this place and a lot of them mentioned how great this nail tech is. She must have been having a bad day because I did not experience any of the great qualities mentioned. My pedicure was cool but my gel fill was NOT GOOD AT ALL. The shape was off, My color was not what i asked for and the lady kept telling me yes it is. Just uneven color. She rushed through both of my services, trimmed and filed my nails to different lengths, injured me while attempting to dig at my cuticles with a nipper. Used a bottle marked “brush cleaner” for cuticle remover. The prices listed on their website are NOT their actual prices, their actual prices are significantly higher…a joke considering what a hole this place is and that the technicians obviously don’t care about retaining a clientele.Services: Manicure, PedicureHorrible. Horrible. Manicurist didn’t thoroughly remove all my old polish and was shocked and dismayed that I pointed it out to her. She rushed through both of my services, trimmed and filed my nails to different lengths, injured me while attempting to dig at my cuticles with a nipper.
