My first and last time there. I felt like once I said no to gel polish, she just tuned me out, couldn’t care less. Also, still used those flimsy foam sandals, even though I had my own. Mimi does great work, however her customer service if you’re a new client leaves a lot to be desired. She started on my nails 45 minutes after my requested appointment time. After I waited that additional time she kept getting up in the middle of my appointment and walking away, getting up to talk to other nail techs, and eating food during my service. She also rushed through my set not checking all the lengths of my nails(which left me with uneven lengths), not making sure that she kept the acrylic off of my hands, and not getting all the lumps of acrylic from under my nails.

I have been coming here since I was a teenager. Today was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The gentlemen who did my manicure started by having me sit my nails in a bowl of acrylic while he went outside to smoke a cigarette. I don’t believe he washed his hands when he came back in. Then he proceeded to take the gel polish I got here 2 weeks ago off of my nails. When he went to use the nippers, he attempted to act like he was dipping them to get any dust off…I asked him if he was going to clean them. He constantly was stopping to talk to the two ladies behind him. Also completely ignored my visible hangnails until I said something. The other two women who worked there, constantly stared at me and smirked as he did my nails. He also dropped a glob of nail polish on the table and proceeded to have me put my hand there under the uv light in order to dry. My hand got stuck to the polish. When I went to pay he quoted me $35. I paid $30 for the manicure and polish he took off two weeks prior at this location. The lady who was smirking proceeded to tell me that it was $35 because I had polish on. The same polish I paid extra for in this salon. That is absurd. I have never had an experience such as this one. I paid it and told them this was my last time patronizing this nail salon. It is not as it used to be. I have recommended several people here over the years but not anymore

I wanna like this place more because they are very nice there but after 2 days with gel polish and all chipped up and bubbles all over my nails. With paying over 50 for Mani and eyebrow wax should be longer… much longer.
