Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually love going here but since I’ve been away at college, this place has gotten HORRIBLE! Nancy was rude as all gets out! I sat in her chair for 2 HOURS getting my nails done because whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than my nails. My nails have never been this thick or unsymmetrical. She made me bleed twice. I didn’t even want to get my eyebrows done because it was so bad. Never going back!Update: It has now been a week since I got my nails done and they are FULLY grown out! I’ve never needed a refill after only a week! The Nancy is horrible. And if you get a pedicure, get the older lady to do it. I usually love going here but since I’ve been away at college, this place has gotten HORRIBLE! Nancy was rude as all gets out! I sat in her chair for 2 HOURS getting my nails done because whatever she was doing on her phone was more important than my nails. My nails have never been this thick or unsymmetrical. She made me bleed twice. I didn’t even want to get my eyebrows done because it was so bad. Never going back!

Critical: PunctualityI would NOT recommend. Went in at 12:15 did not leave until 3:30. I really had patience today. Only two workers and only one could do nails. The pedicure was rushed because they had people waiting. Another worker did not come in until 4. Lil ling ling had an attitude soon as she got there. Critical: QualityI tried this shop for the first time on Thursday. I see why they didn’t have any customers. The nail tech did not shape my nails right and the glitter polish she put on was chunky and thick . I know she saw it!!! It was thick and she continue to put it on after it dried my nail was all lumpy!! And the polish was streaked up!! I will not return!! I had to go to another shop to get them fixed!! I tried this shop for the first time on Thursday. I see why they didn’t have any customers. The nail tech did not shape my nails right and the glitter polish she put on was chunky and thick . I know she saw it!!! It was thick and she continue to put it on after it dried my nail was all lumpy!! And the polish was streaked up!! I will not return!! In addition she was also rude & tried to put HER fault of nicking my finger on me by telling me I shouldn’t have moved. They’re aura has just been sooo negative and it’s unacceptable so I most definitely won’t be coming back. They saw who my father was and started to act differently, and it’s so sad.
