I have had no luck with getting appointments here. If you think you are going to set an appointment and hold it good luck. Appointment was for 11am and I didn’t walk out till almost 1pm. Same problems during my last nail appointment plus the person I booked with just apparently wasn’t showing up so I had to sit and wait till someone had time for me.

I have utilized services at this establishment twice recently and have received poor quality services both times. A new-ish nail technician provided the worst set of acrylic nails I have ever received, as evidenced by the extremely lumpy, extra thick texture and uneven length. Another fairly new employee was unable to complete a pedicure due to uncertainty of the process and/or procedures… Management staff is also extremely disrespectful and rude. At one time, this was my favorite place to go for all things nails, but at this time, I will have to give it a 0/10, I do not recommend.

This was my first time here! I had an appointment with someone called Tracy, she wasn’t there but they kindly ask me if I wanted to do my nails with someone else and I agree. I was attended by Nhu* I don’t know how it’s spelled. She was very sweet, delicate, and very detailed. I love my nails!!!!!! Definitely coming back!
