Very disappointed in the quality of work from the nail techs. I showed my nail tech a photo of what I wanted and ended up with a completed different result. If she would have told me she couldn’t do the design I would’ve been understanding and asked for something else. Since she said she could do it, I trusted her but was very disappointed at the end result. I would not recommend this salon for customers looking for marble designs. The photo on the left is what I got and the one on the right is what I asked for.

I’ve been patronizing this shop for at least six years. Today I went in for the usual. I asked for a specific color and another tech because mine was out. The tech who handled my pedicure did a great job and was very polite. However he could not get the light color to look good without streaking it. I asked him to remove it and when I had my nails done by my back up tech (she doesn’t do pedicures) she told the manager and she immediately said there is no one to do it. I explained as I paid that my only issue was he couldn’t get the color to look good…like the lady who did my nails and I was okay with that because sometimes we have off days moments etc. Ivy the owner continued to engage back and forth and defend the employee. I get it but I did not berate home and stated again that he did a good job on the pedicure. I do NOT complain. They have overbooked messed up my appointments etc and I still come because the service is quick and the establishment is clean. However I’m not going to continue to patronize when the owner decides to debate instead of LISTENING and UNDERSTANDING. I will not be mistreated. The manager is not always right and neither is the customer but there should be a level of understanding…especially among adults.

I’ve been going to Pro Nails for the last 7 years. They are the best nail salon around, trust me I’ve tried them all. The quality of the products and work go unmatched. I can go 3 weeks without my nails breaking, scratching, chipping etc. To add I have a very physical job where I’m always using my hands and washing them and my nails always hold up through it all. The staff has always been friendly to me. And the shop is the cleanest I’ve been in. Highly recommend Pro Nails.

I always come here for a pedicure and they do a wonderful I have not had one bad experience except for when I finally decided to get a full set and the nail tech, Timmy did not clean my cuticles I didn’t realize until after he was done. He rushed through my pedicure and Full set. I asked the lady at the front if my cuticles could be cleaned up she said it would be considered a manicure which is an extra charge and was very dismissive I spent $125 why should I have to pay extra! I went to other places before and they always clean up my cuticles while I’m getting a full set. Also I showed the tech different styles that I wanted and he kept replying “I can’t do that”. Which was very disappointing. I’ve been patronizing this shop for a few years but it may be time for me to find somewhere else

Gosh! I don’t know what’s happened lately with Pro Nails. I use to love going there to get my nails done. Not sure if the products they are using are old or what. But I got my nails done (gel manicure) on January 13th and the very next day my nails were a complete disaster. The polish peeled on every single one of my nails! The polish seemed to clump up on my nails. I didn’t even bother to go back the next day to have them redone and them blame me or say I did something to my nails to mess them up. Lisa was the tech that did my nails that day and she was very rough as she did my nails. It wasn’t a good or relaxing nail treatment. Nevertheless, I’m going to have to just learn how to do MY OWN D—-! nails and save my money.

Been going here for almost 10yrs! Ivy has been doing my nails and I absolutely love her. So to hear she’s not there anymore is heartbreaking lol.. had 1 other person do my nails and the quality of work is just not the same. Unfortunately I will not be going back cause I can’t get the same care and patience I got with ivy!

Ivy was the best nail tech! The other nail tech just isn’t good. The person doing your pedicure will not be doing your nails, si when you make an appointment they do your feet first and when you get finished if someone is in the nail chair you have to wait!

I had a dip powder manicure and every nail was a different shape and length. The salon did not seem clean or sanitary. They dipped my fingers directly into the powder. The technician cut my finger with the file and didn’t offer any antiseptic or anything for the bleeding until I asked. I got an infection anyway. Would not go again.

Today of ALL the years I have been coming to Pro Nails, this was the worst experience!!!!!!! Everyone had on their name badge except my person. She was Not friendly AT ALL!!!!! I wanted more services but they were too crowded.. She did a Gr8 RUSH job…… I don’t think she even said a “Thank You”… She seemed irritated during the whole quick process… She spoke to a co-worker in “Their” language… Not a word to me, the Customer!!!!
