This was my first time here and I was throughly impressed. I made the scary choice to switch salons and I’m glad I did. I was nervous because I’ve never gotten a manicure anywhere besides my usual salon. And I was also nervous because my appointment for both the manicure and pedicure were a half hour before closing. But the artist took her time and did so well on both my nails and toes. She didn’t rush at all even when it got past closing time. The atmosphere was super peaceful and she was very polite and talkative. She also discussed prices before anything was done which I appreciated alot. It was a little more expensive than my previous salon but it was absolutely worth the switch.

It’s comical and hard to fathom how this place has such good ratings. I took my daughter here over the weekend to get her nails done for the first time. We were told we’d be taken care of at 3:30pm and at 4:00pm. Great. Had a half hour to kill, so we told the gal that told us our times we could be seen that we were gonna go wonder dollar tree for a minute to kill some time as we had 30 minutes to wait before being taken care of. We come back fifteen minutes before we were due to be attended to so we could pick mail colors and whatnot. My daughter wasn’t started until half an hour after her appointment time was set for through the nail tech. My daughter showed the technician a picture of exactly what she wanted for her nails. He said “great, I can do that for you!” Well it wasn’t until after he got her acrylics on and shaped he told her he couldn’t do the ombré affect she wanted and informed her he’d have to take a completely different route to achieve what she wanted. So why didn’t he take that route to begin with? Well after my daughter was bummed, she compromised for something else that he STILL couldn’t do. Was literally a French tip design. Apparently he couldn’t do that either. So she was shrugged off to the technician doing my nails who also couldn’t give me the simple nail request I asked if was possible and she even told me it was! Then, she forgets to add the design on my nail so I have to ask her about it. So I asked about it when she told me I was finished. She claimed she didn’t understand when I told her I wanted what was in the picture. Nothing complicated. Not only is the design not anything my daughter and I asked for, the shape of our “coffin” shaped nails look more like bricks that have been chiseled away over time. The quality service we got as “walk in’s” was not worth scheduling an appointment to go back for a fill. The service was very rushed, all over the place and I was even pushed aside for a gal that came in twenty minutes after I was already being attended too.
