Excellent customer service and clean. But they can not do nails to my standards. I’ve been 3 times to give them a chance to get it right. But my nails be shaped poorly, lumpy, and looking a mess.

The wait time was very good, but the customer service is poor. The lady was very intolerant when asked any question. When I did not like the thickness and color which didn’t match my request, she became visibly angry and began speaking in her native tongue. I won’t be returning. Pedicure, Dip powder

Nice place. Went at a good time where they were not busy. My only complaint is it could be cleaner. No one is required to wash their hands before their manicure and tools are just pulled from their drawer without it being cleaned. If anyone cares for those little details maybe ask them to use new/clean tools on your visit. Dip powder, Gel manicures, Manicure

The service was great, but the woman that did my nails was not. She cut my cuticles, skin, made my nails really thick, and got polish everywhere on my skin. I’m not ever picky about my nails but this is the worst experience I’ve had before. I went back a day later to get them fixed so they said I had to wait a few minutes, which turned into an hour. They ignored my presence so I left right after. Overall, the place was clean and very pretty, but I will not be going back.
