I will give the nail tech Tammy a 5 star she is fast and my nail shop is actually in Hayward Ten Perfect nails. But I was on vacation and could not come to the bay. I came in on 12/24 Christmas eve and as of today I still have them on. I need a fill bad and I will return to Tammy she is not there 6 days a week. She is very experienced tech and her work shows.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS. They are under new management and the guy will sell you everything from a roll of tissue to a chair before you leave. I was in a chair in the middle of a mani and the lady completely left me to go do someone eyebrows without a appointment if this is not unprofessional I don’t know what is. They wanted to charge an arm and leg for fixing a nail I might as well got a full set after three days. Make sure you get your nails thicker if not they will break in two days trust me it’s not worth your money. You will thank me later if possible skip this location.

Went there to get my toes done and to get a full set , been there before and never had a problem they were actually cheap nails stayed on but when I went four days ago the lady hardly put glue for my nails to stay on and a nail came off already , paid $58 for everything and toes came out great but my nails were all different sizes had them do it again and only had them on for four freaking days and a nail came off really pathetic waste of money and time ! Not going there again . If I would NOT recommend coming here go somewhere else

Horrible. My mother went there today, and the guy hurt her fingers and held tight while filing with machine. Was rude to her and broke the tip of her nail from from a fill. And then made her wait for another lady to paint her nail because he refused to. Plus they weren’t even busy.

I’ve been here over 30 min. Waiting with my feet in the water for a pedicure!!!! I’m about to leave, someone walked in to get their eyebrows done, n they announced they were from out of town, n she got right in, even after asking is there another place they can go to!!! I WON’T BE BACK HERE!!!

Went to get a fill..two days later one nail broke..went back and charged 3 bucks then 2 days later another nail cracked..i think they use cheap stuff or its old..but very friendly,offered water and made it a point to have a conversation with me..
