My grandma took me here for a treat for the first time. My Grandma has been going here for a long time, she said. Grandma really likes how they take care of her poor feet. This being my first pedicure EVER I was pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed more than I thought. Normally I don’t like being touched but she did a great job. They had another client so the daughter (I believe) cared for the other person and Mother took on both my grandma and I. She did a great job ensuring she took extra care with my grandma while still making sure I wasn’t just sitting there waiting. But I didn’t mind.

Been going here for years and still love the work they do and the personality they have!!! They even helped me talk my husband into getting a pedicure for his working man feet and he loved it so much he goes monthly if not twice a month!!!

I love this place! I’ve been going for years. It’s clean, friendly and relaxing. They do a great job on nails and now they do hair as well. The stylist is really talented, I love my haircuts! Also they will always fit you in if you don’t have an appointment. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Yes, this is an Asian establishment however minorities are not welcome. I’ve tried with this nail place because of the Convenience and to support our local community businesses. I have tired multiple times through my 8 years of living here to give them a chance. However, each time I have called in to make sure they either have enough time and room to be seen and taken care of or if I can schedule an appointment, their answer is always yea come in or let me schedule you. When I am actually seen their is always an excuse of why they can’t do the simple pink and white power nails or they try to convince me of getting a set or style other than I asked for. However when a person not a minority asks for the exact same thing, they’re more than happy to do it for them. It’s unprofessional. My recent visit I was told over the phone I didn’t need an appointment for me just to come in. I go in @2:55 and I was asked what I needed. So I said I called earlier and I only needed a fill done that she (the elder owner) had did my last let. The older lady rolled her eyes and she turned me away because she said she’s all full. I looked around and seen there was only (1) person there at 2:55pm. So I concern and said what time did she close. She responded and said 6pm. So I said can I make an appointment. She said we don’t do appointments. As I was walking away, she said to come back at 6. Two other ladies (Caucasian) walked in and they asked if she had time to do fills and she said yes please sit. Like hello?!, I’m standing right there. Was I turned away because I’m Mexican and have brown skin? All signs point to yes! Why would I go back at the time they are closed and why would I go back to continue to receive the same disrespect??! No thanks, I’d rather drive to Silverdale or Tacoma and pay the difference for better service and quality of nails. This place does not even deserve a star. Disrespecting minorities when you are one. SMH.

There were only two coworkers here when my daughter and I came in. My daughter wanted a pedicure and I wanted a manicure. They did a good job but we were there for like an hour and a half until we were finished! They were too busy for the amount of customers that came in as walk ins.

I have been coming here for several years for pedicures and gel manicures. The mother/daughter team are wonderful! Friendly kind and know how to make your nails look beautiful for weeks! Only problem is they tell you a time, but then when you get there they arent open yet, so you come back later and they say we need you to come back in an hour! Now if you had an appointment, you would think they would be there, but then blow you off because they are busy when you come back. Thst is a serious problem! They should hire another person to help them out if they can’t handle the clientele! I would recommend them if this wasnt a constant issue.

Pro nails, a place that does nails, hair, eyebrows, lashes! It should be called Pro Salon! Mother/daughter team. The daughter does it all, highly trained. Not only that but she uses the best products for your hair Pureology and Olaplex! I saw some of her hair color she did as I was getting my hair done. Very nice! Her prices are unbelievable! It would be 4 times that in Seattle! Btw, they also have dips instead of gel. Those of you who get gel manicures…once you go to dip nail polish you won’t go back! I think she is the only one who does it around. I’ve had my gel manicure done elsewhere and they didn’t last. This place is a find!

They did a great job! I love my gel nails, she put little flowers with jewels on the toes and no chipping at all, now my nail is growing and that’s the only way these are coming off haha

My hair was done here right before prom and it turned out absolutely stunning! I got a balayage and it turned beautiful! I believe the hair dresser here really knows her stuff and can style hair real great! I’m so thankful for my hair treatment!
