This is my second time at Pro Nails, and the same thing as my first, they did an awesome job. My acrylic nails are great and sturdy. Its the best type of nails ever. The place is clean and has an amazing atmosphere. Im definitely going back here.

Horrible experience he cut two of my fingers, he was rude and getting irritated with me because I kept telling him it hurt. The lady that sits at the first table eneded up finishing my nails. And like another person said they don’t have prices up on the wall either. $45 for full set, $25 for gel on your toes. Between me and my daughter and after getting cut twice $115. And they told me your fingers will feel better in two days.

I am giving them one star because my favorite nail tech, Van, left Nail Pro, and went to work at the Mall. The owners don’t tell Van’s clients when they ask where she is! I visited them for the first time last weekend. They were good and professional and the manicurist made recommendations for my totally beat up nails that really helped to strengthen them. What I found concerning was that there were no prices posted. So between my daughter’s fill and my mani-pedi I spent $125 where at my old place it would have been probably $70. But they weren’t as good as the stuff was. My only recommendation is that they put up their prices so people know what they’re getting into

After going with my friends . My nails were uneven one completely broke and tells me because I got nails long .tried to fix and older lady was rude to me . I had to go and spend more money on a new set from a different place . I will never go back again . Disrespectful.

I got my nails did. haven’t had them done for 8 years matter fact I haven’t been into Pro Nails for many years the owners are running it with one employee because of covid. they do a great job. The only thing I have a problem with the nail shops is they use used files. Used on somebody else and I don’t like that and I think it’s not supposed to be that way. But I can say they’re one of the cleanest shops in Redding.
