This will forever be my nail place Nathan is the best nail technician I’ve ever been to he has made my nails look so beautiful he makes them perfectly skinny square not wide Square. Because every time I get my nails done anywhere else they make them look wide and they’re always crooked and they don’t match up. this is the first time in my life where my nails are just how I want them. I love Pro Nails and Nathan is absolutely amazing he has great customer service you feel right at home with everybody who works there.

I can not be more sad with this place. I have had my nails done many times. The shop I normally go to was booked so I decided to look somewhere else for my daughter who eagerly wanted nails done for her graduation. I was super happy at first they were kind when I came in. Very understanding to it being my daughter’s first time at a nail shop. They seemed to be patient as well. The next day my daughter went to make her bed and a nail came off. They were glad to fix the nail. The following day at church she went to tie her shoes and a different nail came off. They again fixed the nail and charged this time 3 dollars. This time the nail was thick and because they did not coat it the same it looks another color. I called to talk to them and ask for my money back was told they do not do that it’s been over a week. It has only been 4 days. To top it off we were told not to come back. If something happens go somewhere else. They also insulted my daughter by saying she is careless and does not take care of her nails. Which is not true we have been extra careful her brother even did her dishes so they wouldn’t have a reason to come off. I will never regiment this place. Nor will we ever return as customers. 30 bucks out the window.

This place was great! It was my first time coming here and I took my dad for a birthday pedi and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. It was clean and inviting. The stuff were friendly and welcoming. And they did a great job on my dads feet. I’ll be back to treat myself soon!

I like the work, but it’s pricy and not consistant. I tip accordingly. Update: DO NOT GO HERE. I was going to Hawaii and asked for my usual. When I got home I noticed that my nails had not been properly clipped or shaped; she didn’t ask, so I thought she knew my preferences. When I went back to fix it, the older man simply said “You too late.” and shrugged off my request. I would have paid for it if I had to, but the way he waved me off with an “I couldn’t care less” attitude I just left.

Great family-owned shop. Survived the COVID shutdown with all staff intact. Takes appointments and walk-ins if capacity allows. Staff wear masks, plexiglas dividers, temp check at entrance. Super nice people who take pride in their work.

If I could give less then one star I would. The eople their were very nice at first then. My sister had e different nails pop off with no pain at all.it is her first and only time she has had her nails done and her graduation is tomarrow. Sooooo sad!
