Everyone is so friendly and happy. First time here and won’t be the last. Jimmy is the very best. I went in for a manicure and he took the time and care to do a perfect job. Great atmosphere for sure! I recommend it!

So just went in to get a brow and lip wax.. With my mom. Sign said it would be 30. Was charged 45. I normally love the brow lady. BUT the signs dont apply so I will never go back… AND I called back to ask why so expensive.. And she was rude.

I didn’t make an appointment when i walked in. Usually most places i go this isn’t an issue they simply give me an estimate on how long I’ll be waiting. However, at ProNails they do not do that. I walked in a man didnt great me instead just asked what i want (a simple manny and peddy) and after i tell him he calls another woman over. I was under the impression she was going to help me since all but 2 chairs where empty but instead she tells me I should have made an appointment and come back later. It was just rude unprofessional and not to mention there were other workers there so i didn’t understand why i could be helped.
