Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in this morning at 10:30 to get nails done for wedding Sunday and didn’t leave til 1 o’clock. I came back after a couple hours to politely asked for a refund or even a partial refund and showed her my nails. All she said was “so sorry about that.” I paid $105. That is an insane amount of money for the quality of nails I got. I could have glued some on from Walmart for $7 but I thought I would treat myself . I am so disappointed. They have lumps and bubbles, there are spots missing nail polish, and the shape of my thumb nail is very wonky. As she was doing my nails she kept wiping off the design over and over with remover. As I was in a rush to get to work after being there for 3 hours I didn’t get a good look before I left. That’s why I came back on my break. My friends told me not to go there but I thought it couldn’t be as bad as they said. They said if I did go to have Tom do my nails but I wasn’t given a choice and I never get my nails done. The design wasn’t anything fancy either. I have never posted a review before. But I have never had such horrible customer service. They offered to fix it but I have to work and that’s not possible… plus I don’t trust it would be fixed. Went in this morning at 10:30 to get nails done for wedding Sunday and didn’t leave til 1 o’clock. I came back after a couple hours to politely asked for a refund or even a partial refund and showed her my nails. All she said was “so sorry about that.” I paid $105.
