Despite all the somewhat bad reviews, I took a chance and got my nails done here. Nancy not only had a good vibe but she did a wonderful job on my full set and pedicure! It was packed when I got there but was taken care of with 30 minutes without an appointment. I definitely will be going back!

Couldn’t find a closer nail salon so I went here for the first time and they had okay customer service however I usually get a simple short acrylic set which doesn’t take a long time , she thinned my nail beds A LOT and once the tips were put on she kept cutting my cuticles I left literally bleeding. I’ve been going to this place for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Cathy does my pedicure & Tammy does my fill or full set. My husband also goes there for a pedicure and he has his specific person he goes to as well.

LOVE Tammy!!! She is always professional and is quick, my nails are always right. Pedicure is always perfect as well as eyebrows! Been coming to pro nails for over 6years and Tammy has always been consistent!!! When Tammy was on maternity leave Kay did amazing as well! But I’m all team Tammy! She is also clean, clean, clean!!!! And I’m super picky lol see Tammy!!!!

When I arrived there were 4 people chilling on all the chairs and they all were employees. Instead of sitting around they could have use that time to clean the place it’s absolutely filthy. My nails only lasted less than a week.

My mother and I have been going to this nail salon for the past year now. We always request to be seen by Kay for gel nail fill and Tammy for our pedicures. We like this salon and both Kay and Tammy because their work is quick, efficient, and professional. My nails don’t break, lift or crack. My pedi’s last beyond 3 weeks (I’ve tested this one time, usually get a pedi every 3 weeks like clock work) without any chips or fading of the nail polish on my toes. I refer friends and fam to them and they enjoy the service they receive as well. Now I will be honest, if you are one who likes to be in the nail salon for 1-2 hours (all day lol), then this is not the shop for you. As quickly as Kay and Tammy move, it amazes me that my finger nails and toe nails are dang near perfect everytime I leave the salon. Oh and did I mention that my feet feel like silk once Tammy is done with me!? Yesssss they always keep me looking right :-). Pro Salon always takes great care of me and my mom at our appointments. Can’t see myself leaving to go anywhere else.

My wife and mother have been going there for months now and today just because some lady did not tip the woman, she took it out on my mother. Hurting he clipping her nail that it bled. My wife was asked to leave while looking at nail color samples….Horrible people and service. There are too many nail spots for them to get it done. This is what I saw while there.

The WORST customer service ever. R U D E , impolite, rushed. 1st off they don’t have a PRICES|Sevice list & they give you different amounts depending on “who” you ask. 2nd althoughThu is the BEST nail tech they have, she is overbooked & even if you call to make an appointment to start at a certain time they do not HONOR the appointment hierarchy. 3rd Further more they are PETTY|CHEAP I spent over $140.00 in (1) day & they had the N E R V E to charge $1.00 funky ass dollar for the pedicure flip flops they SERIOUSLY expect you to walk around on try dirty ass floor AFTER you just had a pedicure to get your nails done Judy’s Nails off Spings Rd (Vallejo ca) has reward cards + better prices & quality work, CLEAN, POLITE & they HONOR appointments pre set. And they have a WORKING AIR CONDITIONER !!
