I have been coming to this nail salon for about six years now. When I first moved out this way I searched for a simple, straight forward, professional, creative and clean nail place. At Pro Nails, this is exactly what I have found! Any of the technicians can do a wonderful pedicure, they seem to last three to four weeks. Hannah and Lynn are incredible at manicures, specializing in nail art. After a couple years I have let Lynn decide how I should get my nails done. She has proven to be one of the more creative, detail oriented folks I know! One quality I appreciate about each technician is the ability to tell when I feel like talking and when I just want to be quiet. They try to accommodate those last minute appointments, so call and see if you can stop by for a little pampering!

great neighborhood (i.e. small, no frills) place, great work at very reasonable prices! I’ve only done gel mani, which do not chip or peel. I’ve asked for designs, and they always turn out nice.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis was the worst experience. The nail tech the worst job. It was rushed and unprofessional. Another customer suggested a color that was not in the original swatch she gave to me but in the one the other customer had and I was told no. After argument from the other consumer she obliged. Then once on my pedicure she did the worst job. Barely scrubbed and she barely had my feet in water before she started the paint. I walked away totally unhappy and with money wasted. I should of known by the attitude I was shown when walking through the door. The pedicure was done on a broken massage chair and using pedicure tubs that you purchase at CVS. Warning… DO NOT go. I was with a visiting family member and when she stated she was here for a short time, the service got worse. My feet feel the same as when I walked in. I got an expensive polish change. What a great find! Nothing fancy except their great work and even better service. Small place with old fashioned equipment keeps their prices low. But the creative and detailed work is definitely not bargain basement in quality. They do a great job! Be sure to make an appointment as they have a small staff so walk ins could be an issue.

They are really nice but whatever you do, DO NOT try to do a walk-in or make an appointment less than 6 hours in advance. I got a gel manicure there and a few days later a few nails had chipped (I work in food service, it happens). I tried walking in once and called a few hours in advance the second time. Maybe I don’t know how nail salons work, but I don’t think it would’ve taken too long. All I wanted was to fix 2 nails and they didn’t have time. If you have time to plan out an appointment then you’re fine, but I’d find another salon if you’re in a time crunch.
