Critical: PunctualityDon’t go here unless you have a lot of free time. Appointments don’t mean anything. They have no time management skills. I had an 11am appointment. They didn’t start on me until 12:30. I didn’t get done until 2:45. I was fit to be tied. It’s the 2nd time this happened to me there. They take walk-ins over appointments and keep you waiting forever. I should’ve left but it was my only day off & I wanted to get my manicure done. Don’t go here unless you have a lot of free time. Appointments don’t mean anything. They have no time management skills. I had an 11am appointment. They didn’t start on me until 12:30. I didn’t get done until 2:45. I was fit to be tied. It’s the 2nd time this happened to me there. They take walk-ins over appointments and keep you waiting forever. Critical: ProfessionalismI will never go back. The physical pedicure was good, but business practices are terrible. I came in and asked two questions before I sat down. Price of a pedicure and do they take Visa. I was told an acceptable price and told “we take everything”. The technician took a long time to get to me. Then once she started she kept pushing more services. It was annoying but I did decide to treat myself a little and agreed to the $48 pedi package. Once done she kept trying to push again to re-shedule for nails. Then I got to the counter and she made it clear she was not happy I was paying with Visa and when I looked at the charge it was $68. Twenty dollars more than I agreed to. I did not add on any other services that I am aware of. She never mentioned any additional costs for any other treatments. After 2 visits to this shop I will not return. The first time October 2019 they gave me a new person who made my dip nails too thin before my Caribbean vacation. I had nails to break while there and had to get them fixed once I returned. Today I asked them to cut my cuticles before my dip nails and the nail tech Tom was very rude. So much for 2nd chances!! 1st time, entire visit took 4hrs…it was like a bad movie hoping the end would be better…my patience was taken for granted. 2nd chance (out of convenience) the pedicure, HOT water, burning rocks, and language barrier, equaled a horrible experience!!! When I expressed how unpleasant my visit was, it immediately became unprofessional with verbal attacks by male sad to think it might have been the boss. Rude, and incompetent business.
