Critical: QualityI literally came here just to have my gel polish removed and I don’t think the girl knew what she was doing. She tried scraping off the gel after only a short time of them sitting under the acetone. Normally the nail tech would reapply the acetone to soak a little longer, but instead she scraped it off and ruined my nail beds. I have huge gouges in my nail plate now. I thought a ” professional” nail salon would do it correctly but apparently not. Now I have to wait for my nails to grow out completely. I literally came here just to have my gel polish removed and I don’t think the girl knew what she was doing. She tried scraping off the gel after only a short time of them sitting under the acetone. Normally the nail tech would reapply the acetone to soak a little longer, but instead she scraped it off and ruined my nail beds. I have huge gouges in my nail plate now. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went last Tuesday 11/2/21 and my nails looked the exact same as the person below. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my nails but she was awful and extremely rude. She dropped her utensils repeatedly and when I looked on the ground, there were toenails everywhere! This place was so gross I ended up walking out after she destroyed my nails. I went last Tuesday 11/2/21 and my nails looked the exact same as the person below. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my nails but she was awful and extremely rude. Love this nail salon. The owner, Lee is the sweetest woman ever. She is super attentive with all her clients. Even when she isn’t the one doing your nails she ensures that you are satisfy with the work you pay for. I also have gotten there late and she always takes me regardless. When I’m sitting there getting work done I hear how attentive she and other workers are with everyone. They are very welcoming. I can assure that if for whatever reason something is wrong with your nails they will fix it because Lee truly cares that you are 100% satisfied!!

Had a standing appointment at my nail salon, Pro Nails, in Tustin, Monday afternoon. They were busier than normal for a Monday afternoon, due to school starting tomorrow. There were plenty of walk ins, some of which they had to turn away, because they were short handed. There were a couple of people who wanted to know how soon they could seen, the owner was gracious, letting them know it would be longer than normal. Some clients called, and they either agreed to later appointments, or to come tomorrow. My point in this post is to give a shout out to a business where customer service matters. I could tell they didn’t want to turn away business, but it was necessary in order for them to give quality service. I love my nail salon!!

Ven is who I come and see every two to three weeks for a gel fill acrylic. She takes her time and makes sure every nail looks beautiful and cares so much about her clients. My entire family comes and gets their nails and toes done by her. 100% recommend this place! I have been coming here for little over a year and I don’t plan on changing ever.
