Pro Nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy hand on left and what I wanted is to the right. My experience was great! I needed a fill and in the high desert it’s really hard to find a really good nail tech that will take the time and do what you want. I called on a Tuesday I was surprised they picked up cus I tried calling this place before and I had no luck. But yea called on a Tuesday afternoon and was able to get in 30 mins after I called, such a big deal because they are appointment only, I walked in and I was greeted which I loved 🙂 there wasn’t anyone in there, I guess they were slow today? Idk. But it was very peaceful. Jenny started me off with a wax. Eyebrow, upper lip, chin and neck. She was amazing and very thorough, she plucked and made sure I was happy, I asked her to go over some spots and she was happy to do so, no attitude, she was smiling the whole time. It was a great experience. I been to many places for a wax and they weren’t as good as what I received today. Thank you so much Jenny :)Literally right after, I didn’t catch the males name that did my nails but he was beyond amazing as well. I showed him the picture on the right and he knew exactly what colors to do and to pick. He was telling me how to care for my hand and nails and how to keep my cuticles moisturized. He took his time to clean around my cuticles and to paint. He asked me every step of the way if I like them 🙂 I messed up my thumb nail and he was more then happy to fix it. Even through his tools came out of sealed packages he still sanitized everything he touched. btw his conversation was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this place. My hand on left and what I wanted is to the right. My experience was great! I needed a fill and in the high desert it’s really hard to find a really good nail tech that will take the time and do what you want. Critical: ProfessionalismThe man that did my nails was very nice and polite but not gentle at all made me bleed and painted over the blood. He didn’t sanitize when touching the blood he just put the brush back in the bottle. He didn’t wear gloves. When he files he would go around the nails with blood. The nails are very thin. Terrible shape very crooked. When he started doing the detail he had a lady take over. The man that did my nails was very nice and polite but not gentle at all made me bleed and painted over the blood. He didn’t sanitize when touching the blood he just put the brush back in the bottle. He didn’t wear gloves. When he files he would go around the nails with blood. The nails are very thin. Terrible shape very crooked. When he started doing the detail he had a lady take over. Critical: QualityMy nails did not hold up after 2 weeks. I paid $120 for a gel acrylic set and a pedicure. 2 nails came off and one nail completely broke after 3 days which I did go back in and get fixed for free.My nails looked beautiful at first but did not last.
