There’s other places that charge much more and nails lift right away. My cousin took me here cause it is one of her favorite places to get her nails done. Helen did my nails and I showed her the design I wanted, and it came out just like the picture. There was a lot of customers that came in and they made sure to attend to all of them. Helen is really sweet and the price is reasonable. They are fast and know what they are doing. I love my nails and will be going again.

Helen is the owner and she should be ashamed of herself. Between her and her husband who seem to be the only people working there each time I’ve gone. Maybe let your daughters work there , and retire ? I know they may hate the business as she has told me they are in school to be a lawyer and doctor . Unfortunately the shop Helen runs is extremely neglected. No AC?! Filthy curtains , spa pedicures can be 30 and up. The shop doesn’t offer a spa pedicure ? How can you charge the prices you charge for dirty, broken pedicure chairs ? I mean disgusting. The health inspector needs to go and do their job! No soaking materials in your “pedicure” . Just a joke . Only it’s not when your throwing away your money. And time ! I made an appointment . Helen as usual , being unprofessional was working on another client . I patiently waited and was the only person left in the shop. She proceeded to tell me I don’t need to ask her to place nail protection on my thinning nails before the gel polish. Simple stickers , sold at Sally’s which are highly effective in protecting your nails before the gel polish is applied. As she’s not about protecting natural nails and hasn’t done anything like that for any of her clients she was extremely rude . Speaking in Vietnamese about me to her husband who is equally rude . He proceeded to tell me she “won’t be doing that for me again. And it takes too much time . I have all the time at home to do it “. The shop again was empty. We’re talking about 10 stickers. Easy prep! I was shocked. Here I am willing to pay for designs on each nail . Hundreds of dollars . And your treating me like that? No way will I ever be back. There’s plenty of forward thinking nail techs that deserve the business . Close the doors and stop doing this just for the money. It shows.

OMG! worst pedicure EVER. the lady did a terrible job, my nails looks like they were bitten by a monkey. not straight, nail polish so uneven, did not remove the dead skin. paint over my cuticles. please save your self the disappointment. I still paid my 37 dollars because I did not want to be a Karen. But honestly never going back again. I was going to get a full set but I had to run out of there. so sad right now.

The absolute worst nail salon I have ever gone to in my 35 years of having my nails done. Very aggressive and rude. So much so, I literally asked how much it would cost for the polish removal and the FILING of the one foot she had started. They said $10.00 which I paid and left. The lady that worked up front was doing and saying some of the most outlandish ignorant things. I showed her pics from google saying I wanted a NATURAL SHAPED SHORT NAIL… she looked at the pictures and said “those diamonds extra” and “that is powder nail… cost more”. Lady I am talking about THE SHAPE OF THE NAIL NOT THE POWDER, POLISH OR DECORATIONS. Every time she opened her mouth she said you have to pay for that, or that cost extra…. as if anything has every been free. she said “if you go cheap place you get cheap work”… Lady you havent even started my nails… do you think im going to run out the door. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any establishment I WOULDNT SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE.
