I actually loved going here until recently. The new owner is extremely rude and a liar! She comes off as nice at first. Don’t let that smile and giggling fool you. I walked in to get a pedicure by Nancy. She was already with a client so I was told to return at 12:30 p.m. I was also told if she finished early that I would receive a phone call. I returned at 12:30 p.m. and another client was receiving a pedicure by one tech AND a full set by Nancy. When I asked the owner why she didn’t call me, she ignored me at first. Seconds later she snapped on me and said “I should have came back on time.” My reply to her was “I did.” She will never get another dime from me. Classless to say the least. Spend your money elsewhere. DO NOT pay those outrageous prices for rude service or to help pay for the new renovations!

For me the customer service sucks! I’m use to nail salons that will give you sheet with the different pedicure options and a list of things included for the price. I saw the list but didn’t receive one instead she just started working on my feet. Right before the step where she would polish my toes she asked if I wanted the callus treatment I said yes she replied $5 more so I asked how much is it. Now she provides me with the list and suggests the $37 option. I agreed. I can not stand being asked to upgrade just give me the list and let me decide from the jump. The option I chose comes with the hot towel wrap yall tell me why the hot towel was just a towel she ran through “hot”water right at the bowl I’m sitting at. I’m use to legit hot towels that’s been heated by a heater what I received from her was a warm towel wrap. By that point I knew I wasn’t tipping. To make things worst she forced me to pay as soon as she finished polishing my toes. I saw others pay at the front before leaving. It took her asking me to pay about 3 times before she proceeds to help me by placing the slides on my feet. It’s so out of the norm that I was confused. I paid and as soon as she gave me my receipt and helped me with the slides I left. I’ve paid for services before going to the front desk but they usually have enough decency to sit me at the drying station first. She did a good job on my feet though so far no complaints but I just left and haven’t really looked at my feet closely. I will not be returning.

It’s hit or miss with this place. Been coming here over 20 years so I know alot of the nail techs. Michelle is the best and only one I allow to do my pedi! Tina is brash at times but she deals with alot of rude customers so she don’t take any mess. If it’s your first time be assertive and know whT you want, and ask for someone good. Almost all of the do good nails except for one but idk her name. They’ve recently remodeled and it looks nice! They also have a new girl there that is up on the latest and is training the other techs

Subpar stuff, woman who did my nails could not do how I wanted them, I had to show her multiple times how to put a jewel on. Would only go here for a simple pedi, don’t expect anything more. Jewels already came off, hasn’t even been 24 hours.

I let the nail tech do her thing as long as they weren’t too long for work purposes. Let me just say they did their thing. They were so nice and professional. I would come here again. People complain about their prices, but keep in mind all suppliers prices have gone up. Deal with it. Getting your nails done is a luxury. These ladies put in work. The owner of the shop Tina is a great nail and eye brow technician…Mimi is the nail technician who always does my nails when I come in…The service is excellent and yes they are practicing social distance and masks are required…I recommend this nail shop….I’ve been going there for years…..

Don’t care to much for the owner/manager. She’s rude & i feel like she doesn’t respect the amount of money customers are spending in here. But i stay going here because my nail tech Lin does the absolute BEST job on my nails & she’s VERY polite & respectful. So Lin gets (5)☆☆☆☆☆from me!!
