Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to various nail salons in several states over the last 10 years, and I have always been satisfied with the service. However, this nail salon has changed that record. Their lack of respect, courtesy, and customer service is the only thing they offer.We had made two appointments for two young nieces who had never had their nails done professionally. The were so excited!! We called just prior to the appointment to confirm. Whoever answered the phone, confirmed the two appointments. However, when we arrived, the doors were locked, the lights were off and no answer on the phone, even though their door sign and website said they still had a couple hours before closing.It was raining that day, so not sure if they closed early for the rain. But I was aghast they would close early with two scheduled, and confirmed, appointments.Someone had warned me about their customer service lack, but I believe in giving everyone a fair chance to prove themselves to me individually. And this they did. They proved their complete lack of customer service and respect .I would suggest you find a different nail salon to spend your valuable time and money at.
