As show below my “dip” experience was the worst ever. My previous set was soaked off and the nail tech asked if I wanted dip on my natural nail like I had it. I mentioned that my nails weren’t even or the same shape but she said she could do it on my natural nail so I agreed. There was no filing or shaping before she proceeded to dip my nails.

I wish I could give no stars. Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever seen in person. It’s the kind of horror story you read about and think never actually happens to real people. I read the reviews before coming and it seemed like a very safe bet, but boy was I wrong. My “manicure” was alright, if you consider not filing nails or any trimming before painting alright. My sister’s was actually okay, but that’s because she had the only competent tech in the room. My mother’s pedicure is missing paint (she didn’t notice until after we’d already left) and her manicure was abysmal. Somehow, she has dip powder all around her nails, and all her natural nails were filed down crooked. Oh, and did I mention that after my manicure was complete, the tech put the tools straight back into their box, without cleaning? No big deal, if the tools had been taken to the back to be cleaned. Nope. She put the tools in the box and five minutes later when a customer came in for a pedicure the tech took that box of used, dirty tools right over to that customer and started working on her feet. This place is a health hazard and should be shut down. Save yourself a foot fungus and go elsewhere.

I came here for “dip” fingernails and “gel” toe nail polish. They have excellent customer service. Lucas did an incredible job on shaping my nails. I was very pleased with the results because he took plenty of time to get the dip polish looking natural instead of thick/lumpy like it turns out at some places. They have a decent color selection.

I was referred here by a friend, so glad I went! An older woman dipped my nails, she was so kind and easy on my sensitive nails. Perfect color, and attention to detail. The salon is small, but I can tell they are experienced and do a good job! I will definitely be back!

This is the most relaxing and professional nail salon I have ever been to. It is family owned and so friendly. They work very hard to make your experience a great one. They do outstanding pedicures and manicures. They also provide other services like waxing, massage and other things like eyelash extensions and coloring. Recommen highly. First time to visit. Had a pedi, with specific requests to cut the nails very short, to not cut off the edges where ingrown nails happen, to smooth 2 large callouses a lot, & to not cut me. Every one of those was done opposite of my requests. I quit my previous place because she was getting careless, & now this!?!

Underwhelmed by my experience here. Mani/pedí started off well, receptionist was very friendly, made sure my mom and I had something to drink as soon as we arrived. And technician doing pedicure was very friendly, even redid a couple of nails when the color of the polish went on a bit differently than we expected. However, towards the end of the manicure, the first technician literally got up without saying a single word and went to start the nails of another customer. Another technician came over a couple of minutes later and finished the service, but this just struck me as very odd and somewhat rude. And while my manicure turned out very well (shellac), the polish on my toes was already chipping within 24 hours. For the price, I would expect a little better quality and customer service.
