This place is so unprofessional wish I could rate them zero stars. I went to get a pedicure done and the lady doing it was hurting me, so I told her. She then preceded to make faces at me and stop the pedicure. I should’ve left the moment she made faces at me. Also left my toes angry red and hurting. Do not go here!!! Pedicure

THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I’VE HAD IN A REALLY LONG TIME! MY TECH WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I FELT AS IF MY PRESENCE WAS IRRITATING HER. SHE DID NOT COMMUNITCATE WITH ME AND EVEN IF SHE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS ASKING OF HER AT ANYTIME SHE COULD HAVE ASKED ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL TO TAKE OVER OR TRANSLATE FOR HER. I SHOWED HER A PIC OF THE NAILS I WOULD LIKE SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE NEVER REACTED BUT INSTEAD ACTED IRRITATED WITH ME. SHE OF COURSE IGNORED THE PIC AND ONLY PAINTED MY NAILS WHITE. WHEN I ASKED IF SHE WAS GOING TO DO ANY DESIGN SHE HUFFED AND WALKED OFF WITHOUT ANSWERING ONLY TO COME BACK PLACE TWO LINES ON ONE FINGER ON EACH HAND (SLOPPILY) AND CHARGE ME 5 DOLLARS EXTRA. THIS DETAIL BTW DID NOT EVEN LAST ME A COUPLE HOURS BEFORE PEELING OFF MY NAILS. MY MOTHER WAS WITH ME AT THE TIME AND HAD A SIMILARLY UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE. BOTH TECHS WERE ROUGH AND UNCARING. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
