My DD went into Pro Nails asking for a fill. They literally ripped her nail set off that were in great condition, split one of her fingernails in half, and proceeded to give her a new full set of nails that are all shaped differently. And if the paint job does not tell you the rest of the story well…They refused to give a refund, and her nails are hurting so bad right now. Don’t make it right, mama bear give you a review.

not happy with the workmanship or the value. Very friendly and was great with my granddaughter BUT her nails were coming off within 24 hrs. Felt very rushed and found out at the end they had plans to leave early but didn’t tell me. They also charged full price for my grand-daughter… I am accustomed to a discount for her when I get my nails done also. My bad, I didn’t inquire about that ahead of time. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend to friends and family.

This is the most horrible manicure that I have EVER had!! I asked for a manicure and gel polish. I have never had a manicure where they dry cut your cuticles without soaking them, not push your cuticles back, and get polish all over your fingers!! Don’t go here!

I’m not happy with this visit, every time I come to Atlanta I go to pro nails. Usually I’m very happy with the job done on my nails but not this time! The couple that usually does my hands and feet weren’t there. Hopefully by the time I come back they will be there

Went with my sister inlaw 4 days ago and her acrylic nails are already coming off. They are terrible and I received a terrible gel job. The guy can hardly see straight to shape your nails. Honestly could have just ruined our nails at home.
