This is the second coming here and got the same older man that sit in the back and he always did a great job. The way he does the nail is good it take it time to mane sure the look good and ask a couple of times if the are good for you. 100% he is the man to go to!

This was the most awful nail & pedicure job I’ve ever had! I’ve been getting my nails & toes done for 30 years..& this place is the worst! Perhaps it’s time for retirement from my observation. My cuticles looked like super glue was caked around them..in 2 days the gel came off two of my toes. A $105.00 total waste of my money. It was a man..total amateur. Don’t go bere. They’re not up to date on ANY designs. #retireasap

I moved to Richardson in 2005, and I support a lot of small businesses in and around the area. Im a loyal customer, who pretty much sticks to what I know. And this place is no different. Ive been coming here for 12 years and the last 3 to 4 times I’ve come here, the service was horrible. The people are nice, or maybe I’m just biased in that area due to the amount of time I’ve known the owner. However, I can’t help but be disappointed in the rush jobs, the fact that not every tech knows how to style, overlay, create, or build a nail. I waited 2.5 hours waiting on Li the owner to do a pedicure, while the other 2 techs helped numerous guests come in after me. This isn’t the first time either, even if you book an appt it’s still a wait, an excuse, rushing, and unfocused work. Idk what’s wrong or what has happened with this place. Umongst things like, disorganization, low accountability for mistakes, the man working there now is completely unprofessional and arrogant, lack of upgraded equipment, poor staffing, I’m tired of it. My tenure at ProNails has come to an end. You can always tell a long time customer, when Li says ” hello my friend, haven’t seen you in so long” she barely talks with new customers. But I’m no longer a friend. My nails are not symetrical, the paint isn’t shiny, one nail has chipped, one the polish is scratched, and they just aren’t pretty. I got them done 3 days ago. I’m disappointed….again!

I didn’t catch her name but the woman that did my nails was nice enough to do my nails even when I arrived 10 minutes late (after their closing hours) and she didn’t even rush! She took her time with me and gave me beautiful nails. I will definitely be coming back since this place is so close to where I live!

I had my nails done here 2 days ago on my lunch break. The man who did my nails seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He didn’t give me colors to choose from until I asked and my hands were soaking in acetone. He set the very few options in front of me and immediately asked me which one. My hands were soaking. There was no way I could flip through the VERY few choices. He forcefully removed my old Nex Gen and several times drilled over my cuticles then acted like I was dramatic pulling my hands away when it hurt me. He took personal phone calls constantly and just stopped doing my nails as if he had no care that I was in a hurry. The salon was dirty and had some Indian soap opera blasting with Vietnamese words playing. Not the best choice to soothe your customers. My nails look worse than they’ve ever looked from a “professional” salon. The powder is bumpy, stuck all over my hands and he didn’t even file them evenly. He left the area around the cuticles unfinished and they look and feel awful. I’ve tried to file them evenly to match them up but I’m going to have to go to another salon to re-do this. DO NOT GO HERE. They’re terrible. I’d consider calling the state over them honestly because I don’t believe there’s any way this man who did my nails could possibly have any formal education on nails. He was that bad.

Only reason I walked in a place like this is because I received a gift card to this nail salon, but even then $45 for the powder nails I got just wasn’t worth it to me. Wish their work was as good as there customer service that is the only reason i’m giving a 2 star.
