Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in got a pedi and they were very rude to begin with Waited a hour in my car for my friend to get her nails finished after mine and as I got out my toe bumped the car and the polish slid right off it never dried. after I told them this isn’t right the polish has to be old because after an hour it still was sticky and gummy feeling.they said it was normal when it’s not. I let them go ahead and repaint since there was no refunds worried that the same thing would happen, and it did 5 hours later it rubbed right off while taking a shower. I called and let them know the next morning and asked for a refund they told me no. I said I am reviewing them and he said nobody will believe you. So heads up this place is bad business!! They did my nails amazing but I’ve now came twice for a fill and they aren’t open with no sign on door and it’s after opening time. Just sitting here waiting for them to open today two other cars have drove off.

Not very friendly service and they do not sterilize their utensils, just wash then off. My mom and I asked the lady in there that was supposed to do our toes and she lied about opening the utensils straight out of the pack. Not even worth 1 star honestly.
