New to town went here as a walk in today … the nail tech was to busy on her phone and with her ear bud to even realize none of my nails were the same shape and she left gel polish all around my nails. She even ask me how I wanted them shaped some are flat some round a few had one round corner the other left square. As for my pedicure the gentleman that did it was amazing.. Will use him again but not nail tech … why spend $100 and then have to have your nails fixed.

I called ahead and asked if they’re available for 2 pedicure walk ins and they told me one is available and the other is almost done. We were 10 mins away so I thought why not. We get there and my friend goes and up until her pedicure was almost done, they finally got me in. Not a huge deal if you got all day but I didn’t and it’s the principle. Then the lady who was doing mine cut my nail super short. Mind you my nail had broke on one side but she evened it up so it was sensitive and just looked terrible. I had no idea she evened the other side until it was too late. It wasn’t a terrible experience but I wasn’t satisfied

I usually love this place but had an absolutely horrible experience the last time I went. The nail technician had ear buds in and had her phone propped up on the table and was watching videos on her phone the entire time she worked on my nails. She put the acrylic on and then asked me if I wanted my nails trimmed (she should have trimmed my nails BEFORE applying the acrylic). So she trims my nails after the acrylic was on, which made them look very thick. She had also applied the acrylic very unevenly and there were spots on my nails that had “hills” and bumps. Another thing that she did wrong was not remove all of my previous gel color, so you could see parts of the previous color through the new color. One more thing: she used the drimmel tool all around my cuticles and I was bleeding. She also used the file VERY hard around my nails which caused a sore.

The nails were so, so… not exactly what I asked for and the middle nail REALLY bothered me, but honestly I’ve only had my nails done two other times and this was definitely better… my bigger issue is whatever glue she used was like CEMENT. I live in a farm so it’s bound for me to hit a few things here and there and these nails WOULD NOT come off. It took a lot of pain and tears because I was just so mad and upset because when my pinky nail hit it ripped half my nail off and that was about a week in. I was so scared of the fake nail ripping another one of my nails that I finally caved and took them off but by bit with cuticle cutters. Don’t think I’ll come back tbh. Wish I could share pictures… half my pinky nail is GONE

I have never had a painful pedicure until today. I have always had a decent experience here. My cuticles were cut too short. My nails weren’t buffed, the skin around the nails was buffed. The alcohol they use before painting your nails burned so bad from the abrasions on the skin and from the cuticles being cut too far back. I was told that I don’t have ingrown toenails and then had to take care of them upon arriving home. This is NOT the usual experience I have here but it seems to be the new normal which is disheartening. I’m giving a three simply because I really loved this place and I use to receive good service here.
